Responsibilities

• Roadmap planning: you will be responsible for planning new features for the entire platform, including Airport AIs chat channels, our Content Management System and our Natural Language Processing technology leveraging Large Language Models.
• Product communication: you will handle the communication with clients across the world regarding the platform, update them about new features, prepare and send them the relevant information and documentation.

Requirements:

• You have an entrepreneurial and problem-solving mindset and hold at least 3 years of relevant product management experience from previous positions.
• You are a hardworking and very structured person.
• Good Excel skills, together with written and oral fluency in English, are also required.
• Knowledge of Portuguese is preferred.
