Responsibilities:

Support the acceleration of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud (RISE) and On-Premise outsourcing projects and contracts.

SAP Project Activities:

• Design, size, and validate SAP infrastructures, integrating various components (S/4, ADS, IBP, Ariba, Datasphere, Concur, Hana, Mobile Platform, Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, etc.).
• Implement these infrastructures and install different SAP components in line with the best practices provided by the vendor.
• Support clients in deploying SAP Rise Private Cloud solutions (including managing the relationship with the vendor).
• Install and administer S/4HANA systems (versions 2022, 2023, etc.).
• Install and manage related SAP systems (ADS, BW4, BO, Content Server, SAPRouter, SEN, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Webdispatcher, etc.).
• Perform technical operations as part of SAP migration/conversion projects, ensuring a smooth switch to production over a weekend.
• Manage the various phases of projects and relationships with key stakeholders (clients, SAP, data centers, hardware suppliers, etc.).

Ongoing SAP RUN Activities:

• Implement operational and administrative procedures for our clients’ SAP solutions.
• Define and implement TME services (defining tasks included in the TME package, upgrades, security reviews, etc.).
• Carry out various SAP administration tasks outlined in TME and TMA contracts.
• Regularly analyze and apply SAP security patches (OSS notes, Kernel, Support Packages, etc.).
• Perform SAP environment copies (Refresh).
• Handle incident management.
• Participate in on-call duties under SAP outsourcing contracts.
• Analyze and apply recommendations from EarlyWatch Alert reports.
• Execute the various tasks planned in the SAP outsourcing contracts.

Management Activities:

• Manage, lead, and document steering committees (technical committees, project committees) for SAP outsourcing and technical projects.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA).
• Coordinate various stakeholders.
• Oversee the contractual relationship with clients.
• Ensure adherence to the technical and service scope.
• Manage and maintain client relationships within your SAP areas of expertise, ensuring that commitments are met.
• Analyze user needs and implement solutions within your area of expertise.
• Identify the most suitable resource to handle each specific task.

Requirements:

• Advanced expertise as an SAP BC Consultant and solid experience in SAP HANA migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Experience in SAP HANA migration and S/4HANA conversion projects.
• Teamwork skills.
