Description

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in project development on one or more SAP “Maintenance / Customer Service” modules (CS, S/4HANA Service, PM, EAM, SD)
  • Support pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
  • Manage implementation or deployment projects
  • Take part in project scoping and proof of concepts
  • Analyze user needs
  • Design and map business processes
  • Define and implement SAP solutions tailored to client needs
  • Configure and integrate SAP solutions with other modules
  • Write detailed functional specifications for interfaces, custom modules, forms, reports, and data migrations
  • Conduct testing
  • Support users change management, training, and technical assistance

Requirements:

  • You are one of these types of profiles: SAP Finance (FI, CO) or Logistics (SD, MM, PP) consultants with some knowledge of one or more Maintenance / Customer Service modules (CS, S/4HANA Service, PM, EAM, SD).
  • SAP Maintenance / Customer Service consultants with experience integrating Finance (FI, CO) or Logistics (SD, MM, PP) modules.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong service orientation and diplomatic communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills required.

Language Skills:

  • French proficiency (mandatory)
  • Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
  • Professional/technical English, with the ability to handle calls, meetings, and emails with clients independently (a plus)
