Responsibilities:
Depending on your area of expertise (Finance/Accounting OR Supply Chain), your responsibilities will include:
- Participate in pre-sales activities and client demonstrations
- Manage implementation or deployment projects
- Contribute to project scoping and proof of concepts
- Analyze user needs
- Design business processes
- Define the SAP solution to meet business requirements
- Configure and integrate SAP solutions with other modules
- Draft functional specifications for interfaces, custom modules, forms, reports, and data migrations
- Conduct testing
- Support users change management, training, and ongoing support
TMA (Third-Party Application Maintenance) Tasks:
- Analyze user needs
- Handle various support tickets for diverse clients
- Conduct workshops to improve client SAP systems
- Define and configure solutions
- Create specifications for interfaces, custom modules, and reports
- Perform testing and documentation
- Support semi-annual upgrades: Run non-regression tests, analyze new features, organize and participate in workshops to recommend relevant updates
- Contribute to team development methods, processes, expertise
- Support users training, change management, ongoing assistance
Requirements:
Open to various backgrounds from Finance/Accounting or Supply Chain:
- SAP Consultants with initial experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public or Private) and strong business process knowledge in your field.
- OR Key users with 3+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
- OR Supply Chain looking to transition into ERP consulting particularly SAP.
- OR SAP Consultants with S/4HANA On-Premise knowledge looking to upskill in S/4 Public Cloud
- OR ERP Consultants experienced in non-SAP solutions (e.g., Netsuite, Workday) wanting to expand into SAP S/4HANA Cloud projects and TMA assignments.
Required Skills:

- S/4HANA Cloud functional certification or SAP Activate Methodology certification (bonus)
- Curiosity and eagerness to explore innovative topics

Language Skills:
- French proficiency (mandatory)
- Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
- Professional/technical English, with the ability to handle calls, meetings, and emails with clients independently (a plus)
