Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing Data & Analytics solutions for the company. You will translate business needs into effective, high-performance technical solutions using SAP technologies, particularly DATASPHERE and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). You’ll collaborate closely with both business and technical teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and adoption of Data & Analytics solutions.

• Business Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements. Propose tailored solutions using SAP BI tools to meet business objectives.
• Design and Modeling: Define data architectures and models in SAP DATASPHERE, SAP BW/4HANA, or classic SAP BW, including CDS views.
• Implement ETL flows to integrate data from multiple sources into DATASPHERE, HANA, or BW.
• Design analytical models in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for advanced reporting.
• Development and Customization: Create interactive, dynamic dashboards in SAC.
• Configure and leverage advanced DATASPHERE features for data integration or federation scenarios.
• Develop universes and interactive reports using SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
• Maintenance and Optimization: Ensure maintenance and evolution of existing solutions.
• Resolve incidents, enhance performance, and optimize data models.
• User Training and Support: Train business teams on SAC, DATASPHERE, and BO tools.
• Write technical and functional documentation.
• Technology Monitoring and Innovation: Stay updated on SAP technology developments (SAC, Datasphere).
• Identify and propose innovations leveraging these tools.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within complex environments.
• Expertise in data modeling and ETL flows using DATASPHERE, SAP BW/4HANA, or HANA.
• Experience creating analytical models and dashboards in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects reporting tools (Web Intelligence, Analysis for Office).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Datasphere for data integration and management (ETL).
• Good understanding of relational databases (SQL) and multidimensional modeling (OLAP).
• ABAP development skills (at least code reading).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and hybrid integrations.
• Project Management Skills: Analyzing complex business needs.
• Designing end-to-end BI solutions.
• Prioritizing tasks in multi-project environments.
• Additional Tools: Scripting knowledge (JavaScript for SAC, Python for DATASPHERE if needed).
• Power BI report development experience.
• Soft Skills: Analytical mindset Rigor and autonomy Client-focused mindset Collaboration and communication skills Curiosity and proactivity.

Language Skills:

• French proficiency (mandatory)
• Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
• Professional/technical English, with the ability to handle calls, meetings, and emails with clients independently (a plus)
