Responsibilities:

Within the SAP Logistics Functional team, you will act as an expert on the SAP Retail solution implemented for our clients, ensuring compliance with SAP best practices.

• Pre-Sales: Actively contribute to pre-sales efforts by promoting the solution and participating in demonstrations.
• Project Contributions and Application Maintenance: Participate in estimates, assumptions, and planning for SAP Retail services.
• Communicate the process strategy and vision while ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• Coordinate stream integration and deliveries with the Applium Project Manager.
• Support the validation of solution deliveries and documentation.
• Design and Functional Fit: Ensure the best solution response to functional needs.
• Review and challenge business requirements and functional specifications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex project-related SAP issues.
• Integration Points: Ensure the integrity and integration of data flows and processes within the solution.
• Value-Added Consulting: Provide high-level advice on solution choices, considering benefits and limitations.
• Identify areas for process improvement and integration. Support functional and technical consultants throughout the process.
• Technology Watch: Regularly monitor SAP roadmaps to identify new trends, tools, and best practices related to SAP Retail.
• Actively engage with SAP on products and technologies within your scope. Share acquired knowledge with the Applium consulting team and propose continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Profile Requirements 5+ years of experience in SAP Retail implementation projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP Retail and hands-on experience with key features (e.g., point-of-sale management, pricing) and finance module integration.
• Key Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills able to unite a team.
• Excellent writing abilities for clear documentation.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and precision.
• Service-oriented mindset, with diplomacy and mentoring skills.
• Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Agile methodologies; SAP Activate is a plus.

Language Skills:

• French proficiency (mandatory)
• Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
• Professional/technical English, with the ability to handle calls, meetings, and emails with clients independently (a plus)
