Responsibilities:

Lead product development and implementation.
Build and manage a diverse team of developers and engineers.
Integrate innovative technologies like HCI, game design, and AI.
Promote principles of inclusive design.

Success in This Role:

First 3 months: Develop a Technology and Product Roadmap, and review our current technology strategy.
First 6 months: Hire key tech team members and refine prototypes based on feedback.
First 12 months: Complete the Engineering Validation Test (EVT) phase and advance to the Design Validation Test (DVT) phase, focusing on inclusivity and user experience.
