Responsibilities:

Main Activities:

  • Determine and anticipate resource, skill, and qualification needs for various service activities according to short- and medium-term forecasts;
  • Set action priorities for operational and support functions;
  • Manage service activities progress according to client schedules, up to the fulfillment of contractual commitments;
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical, commercial, and documentary elements to the client;
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators for the service (internal/external);
  • Prepare, update, and present client review meetings;
  • Implement and monitor corrective action and continuous improvement plans, then validate their effectiveness;
  • Participate in handling client consultations and drafting associated technical specifications;
  • Ensure compliance with operational rules (QHSE, HR) of the service and guarantee the safety of all involved in your area.

Exercised Responsibilities:

  • Ensure client and internal commitments are met;
  • Guarantee the sustainability of services;
  • Manage teams and ensure their development;
  • Represent the company to both teams and clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field;
  • 6+ years of experience as an operations manager in the industrial field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Aerospace Industry (mandatory);
  • Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
  • Intermediate proficiency in French (nice to have);
  • Experience in team management;
  • Experience in business management/development;
  • Experience in client relationship management.
