Responsibilities

• User support
• Incident management and resolution
• Application maintenance and monitoring
• Continuous improvement of the app
• Testing and validation
• User training and awareness

Requirements:

• Between 2 and 10 years of experience in application support
• Knowledge in financial markets would be a valuable asset

Technical skills:

• English (mandatory) Expert
• French (Native or Fluent)
• Good Technical knowledge (SQL, Unix/Linux), also Python scripting (plus).

Soft skills:

• Ability to deliver / Problem Solving / Results driven
• Ability to synthesize
• Communication (Client facing)
• Knowledge of Bank or Financial sector
