• Understanding/experience within the business in the banking sector.
• Advanced Excel, VBA and SQL. Tests (non-regression, sanity).
• Agile methods. ITIL knowledge. Tools: Service Now, Jira, ALM Octane, Citrix, Linux.
• Languages: Fluent in EN and FR.
