Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Business Intelligence solutions based on Power BI. In an SAP environment, you will contribute to creating reports, dashboards, and analyses to help business teams make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with IT teams and business users to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, with strong growth potential in the SAP ecosystem.

• Business Needs Analysis: Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and analytics requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Power BI Report Modeling and Development: Design and develop interactive reports and dynamic dashboards in Power BI. Build data models from SAP sources (SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP HANA) using available connectors.
• SAP Data Integration: Integrate data from various SAP systems via Power BI (SAP BW, HANA, S/4HANA). Create data models that meet user requirements while optimizing performance.
• Report Automation and Publishing: Develop processes to automate data refreshes in Power BI and publish reports to Power BI Online Service. Ensure proper access control and data security within Power BI.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide user support to help understand and utilize Power BI reports. Maintain and improve existing reports based on new requests or SAP system changes.
• Technology Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Power BI tool advancements and SAP integration features. Suggest innovative improvements to enhance BI processes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Power BI within an SAP environment (SAP BW, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, or S/4HANA).
• Proficient in Power BI (report creation, dashboards, data modeling).
• Strong knowledge of relational and multidimensional databases.
• Experience integrating SAP data with Power BI (SAP BW, HANA, S/4HANA connectors).
• Familiar with ETL tools to extract and transform data from SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI programming languages (DAX, M).
• SAP Knowledge: Understanding SAP systems used for reporting and analysis (SAP BW, ECC, S/4HANA).
• Basic SAP skills to grasp data structures for Power BI integration.
• Additional Tools: SQL expertise for querying databases.
• Experience with data management and ETL tools (SQL Server Integration Services, Talend).
• Bonus Skills: Power BI Certification (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate) or SAP tools certification.

Language Skills:

• French proficiency (mandatory)
• Portuguese proficiency (mandatory or EN speaker)
