Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality software delivery
• Design and implement an internal QA automation framework
• Develop and execute automated test scripts, identifying and reporting bugs
• Improve CI integration and enhance testing processes
• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to define test plans and validate requirements
• Monitor and analyze test results, continuously improving test coverage
• Manage and maintain QA test environments, including test datasets and integrations (DB, Queues, APIs, etc.)
• Maintain clear technical documentation and build the QA Automation Roadmap

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a QA Automation Team Leader or Senior QA Engineer
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript testing frameworks (Jest preferred)
• Solid understanding of OpenAPI specifications and Git (GitHub preferred)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test management tools (Qase.io, Jira preferred)
• Familiarity with CI integration (GitHub Actions preferred)
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Fluent in English
